  Every single time my family and I shop at Priceline Wanneroo we are greeted by the beautiful staff and made to feel extremely welcomed and valued.
  
  A special mention to Orelia (I hope I have that correct). Always goes out of her way to ensure we have what we need and we have a pleasant experience in the store.
  
  The range of products is exceptional and the service received from all staff is admirable.
  
  I recall the systems being down on one visit and only one till operating during a peak time and the staff were so apologetic and going above and beyond to cater to everyone’s needs. Communication between staff and shoppers is paramount and they absolutely nailed it!

  Not a store you can browse in. Security stares at you as if you are thief. It made me very uncomfortable! Based on other reviews it seems this is a regular occurrence to treat customers like thief’s. Priceline Wanneroo never used to be like this, seems it’s new management that is responsible for this new shopping experience!

  There is a difference between the presence of a security guard (there is nothing wrong with that) and being made to feel like a criminal for browsing a store by being intensely stared at. It seems your store just targets all their customers, nurses in uniforms (which I was in), elderly ladies with walkers and pregnant women.
  
  Wanneroo pharmacy have a lovely security guard who smiles and welcomes you to the store. He is friendly and responds to situations accordingly and professionally. Your security guard should learn a thing or two from him, management too! I won’t be stepping foot back in your store, it’s gone down hill which is evident in the more recent reviews.

  WITHOUT PREJUDICE
  Full disclosure, I am a very protective mother.
  My 7 months' pregnant daughter was publicly apprehended and grilled for approx 40 minutes by security staff of Priceline Wanneroo under suspicion of stealing. She was thereafter 'released', because there was no theft. After this incident understandably, she felt humiliated and traumatised by this event.
  Apparently, while browsing and selecting items to purchase (and paid for) my daughter was relentlessly followed by security staff. In this store, in the past week, there were reports of similar incidents where innocent people were followed by security staff, and humiliatingly publicly apprehended under suspicion of shoplifting. See reviews posted by Facebook users named jvmie, Foo Moo, and Theron Salbepaty.
  I asked my daughter, if at the end of her ordeal, being innocent, she received an apology. The answer was no.
  Mom mode now full bore. Tonight, on the phone, I spoke to the store manager to at least elicit an apology for the wrongful apprehension and treatment of my daughter.
  She was unresponsive to the idea of an apology. I told her that I was aware of similar incidents in the store and expressed that innocent people should, at the very least be afforded an apology. From then on she became defensive, refused to listen and talked over me belligerently and aggressively. I couldn't get a word in! The last words she said to me were "I'm warning you, I'm warning you." I said " so you're warning me, warning me, what?" And then she put the phone down without answering my question.

  First time using the pharmacy here , thought they would be reasonably priced ! Just been charged $44.90 for 30 HRT tablets !!!!
  Got home googled the tablets and Chemist Warehouse do the exact same tablets cost $30 !!! Their profit almost $15 !!!!!!!!
  WHAT THE !
  So advice for all make sure you check prices at other local stores before purchasing here !
  Really unhappy as thought Priceline were a good value for money company

  If only I could give 0 stars…
  Went in just now to renew my script with my sisters. There was a long wait so I told the pharmacist we were happy to look around and wait. From the second we walked in we noticed the security guard hovering around us - which was fine, we continued looking. My sisters bought a nail polish and waited outside for me. While waiting at the pharmacy desk among all the other people waiting, I was approached by the manager asking for my name and why I was standing there. She said she would personally give me my medication (weird but okay I guess).
  Not only this, but a staff member was pretending to check stock in every aisle I was standing in (obviously watching me).
  The manager handed my antibiotics to me in a bag and walked me to the front desk. Once I paid, I was cornered at the entrance by herself and the security guard. They made me open my medication bag, my wallet, every pocket in my handbag… she also demanded to hold my POCKET SIZED PERFUME AND INSPECT IT (it was literally half empty).
  My sisters came in to check on me and the manager then accused my sister of potentially stealing her nail polish too (she literally had a receipt with it).
  
  I am disgusted and embarrassed by this. Wtaf???? Take your business literally anywhere else. That new manager needs to chill out and get a grip.

  I would like to recommend Wanneroo to anybody who live in area .they are so helpful and friendly .they know what they are talking about and the service they give is 100% thank you to the team at Wanneroo
