  Absolutely horrible place, kids are going wild at this place and the fact the parents are too busy talking to each other and not paying attention when there’s different ages of kids come to this place and kids being absolutely disrespectful to others and no parents looking after these kids. Informed the staff and she tells me it’s parents responsibility but only got one sign at the entrance and no signs visible near the big slide saying that. If anything happened to a child it will become chipmunks responsibility as we actually pay to come to this place and won’t be coming again for sure. If parents can’t look after their children going wild maybe don’t bring your children to places like this cos there is such thing called “being respectful” for others and clearly you’re too busy that you can’t teach that to your child. DISGUSTING!!!!

  It's ok for small kids but the staff are not cheerful or helpful and they need to upkeep the centre alot better , it needs TLC and maybe better equipment and the food was meh but I just hope the owners use this and see to change it

  We had my son’s birthday party there this morning. Awesome venue. Our party host was fantastic. Great value for money and the kids loved it!

  I held my daughter's party here last month. We hired the venue out and we're very impressed. Everything was clearly explained to us by our host Ashleigh when we got there. Setup was easy and the party hosts were very professional (and not overbearing which I've found they can be at some kids party places). A few of the other mums said they would use the venue for future parties. Thanks again

  As the cool, childless aunt, I was a bit sceptical about this place particularly after reading some reviews...but we needed somewhere to take my wee niece when it was forecast to rain all day.
  
  And to be honest, when we rocked up and saw the windows, I thought the reviews about cleanliness might be true...
  
  We went inside on ANZAC Day, and the place was packed. However it was big enough for heaps of people and kids. There is something for kids of all ages. My niece (almost 3) played her little heart out for over 3 hours. She was so busy, she had to leave her beloved Peppa pig with her mom. This never happens. She was so busy, she did not want to stop for lunch.
  
  The food and drinks here are good. They're also reasonably priced. I rate the bruschetta. The lady behind the counter provides good customer service and support to younger staff.
  
  As for cleanliness, the place is clean and the staff try their best to keep on top of it. They do a good job. The windows could be cleaned, but hey how.
  
  There is a couple of pieces of equipment that look tired, but it's safe and the kids honestly don't seem to mind.
